By becoming a volunteer you enable charities, community groups and sports clubs to achieve their aims and objectives. and doing so benefit your local community.

You do not have to be a sportsman to become a volunteer worker in Sports / Judo Club.

Of course you need to understand the need for reliability and commitment.  This is very important because the organisation will arrange its activities with your help in mind. The need for confidentiality regarding the organisation and its members.

Remember: Voluntary work can be very rewarding but also demanding. Think carefully and do not over commit yourself.
